The question that started it
A guest once asked one of us, "Where do you actually eat?" Not the restaurant with the English menu and the nice photos — the place we'd go on a normal Tuesday.
So we took them. Down a narrow lane, plastic stools, a lady who's been cooking the same dish for two decades. They told us it was the best evening of their whole trip. And that kept happening.
