How these guides are made

Every restaurant, photo spot and route comes from our own guides, not from a list of sponsors. Prices, opening hours and exchange rates are checked on the date shown at the top of each guide, and we update them when things change. If you spot something out of date, tell us.

The region guides also cover places where we do not run tours. Those parts are written from official sources (UNESCO, the national and provincial tourism authorities) and checked on the date shown at the top of each guide.

Reading is fun. Riding is better.

See the city from the back of a local's bike, with someone who knows which stall is good tonight.
